I loved what Sor’a read from her book Simply Enough: Create Space for What Matters, “Gratitude is a muscle that needs to be stretched regularly, but not through some forced routine… share your gratitude out loud. This is the way to fully exercise your gratitude muscle, not by keeping it all to yourself.”
