In this week’s FLOW + GLOW show, I talked with Sor’a Garrett, author and Life Simplification Guide, about simple practices (like her Smile meditation) to grow gratitude in our lives.
I loved what Sor’a read from her book Simply Enough: Create Space for What Matters, “Gratitude is a muscle that needs to be stretched regularly, but not through some forced routine… share your gratitude out loud. This is the way to fully exercise your gratitude muscle, not by keeping it all to yourself.”
We explored what it looks like to go beyond keeping a gratitude journal. Then, you don’t just practice gratitude.
You embody gratitude so it becomes a way of being.
