Sometimes it’s a limiting belief or perspective we’ve picked up along the way.
Or it may be a past experience that we can’t release for fear it may happen again.
For true transformation to happen, we must be willing to step into the unknown with forgiveness and faith.

Where are you judging yourself about a past decision or experience?
Or what person have you been hurt by or unable to forgive?
Now take a deep breath and imagine you’re breathing from your heart. Allow your compassionate heart to dissolve the hurt, blame, or judgement.
With each breath, you’re creating space to expand into your next potential… and to create a new future.
True transformation is meant to stretch us into becoming more of who we’ve always been. It opens us to both the beauty and the mystery of connecting with our authentic self.
