Within each of us is a deep wisdom that is always present. Your wisdom can take many forms and can be expressed in infinite ways. But, it does require one thing.
That you give yourself permission to break free from the inner critic’s interference. It’s the voice that says, “I’m not good enough… I’m not ready… Who will listen?”
When you recognize your inner critic, it stops having power over you. That’s when your deep wisdom can FLOW!
